Anita's Simplified Chicken à la Royale

Ingredients
- 1.1 roasted chicken, diced
- 2.0.5 cup mayonnaise, for dressing
- 3.1 tablespoon golden syrup, for dressing
- 4.1 teaspoon curry powder, for dressing
- 5.1 celery, finely diced; for dressing
- 6.1 tablespoon tomato sauce (ketchup), for dressing
- 7.250 ml cream, optional; for dressing
- 8.roasted almonds, for topping
Method
- 1.Dice a roast chicken.
- 2.Make a dressing of: ½ cup mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon syrup, 1 teaspoon curry powder, 1 stick finely diced celery, 1 tablespoon tomato sauce, and 250ml cream if desired.
- 3.Toss the chicken with the dressing and arrange on a platter.
- 4.Top with roasted almonds.
