Ingredients
- 1.2.5 kilogram duckling, skin pricked; excess fat trimmed
- 2.oil, for basting sauce
- 3.barbecue sauce, for basting sauce; quantity not legible
- 4.pineapple, for basting and sauce; quantity not legible
Method
- 1.Roast the duckling using the basic method (see to-roast-a-duckling), basting with the basting sauce during cooking.
- 2.Prepare the pineapple sauce and serve with the roasted duck.
