Method

  1. 1.Grate the bread roll, tomato, onion and potato and add to the meat.
  2. 2.Add water, crushed bouillon cube, seasonings and spices and mix with a fork.
  3. 3.Shape into patties and fry in oil until nicely browned and cooked through.
  4. 4.Set on platter and top with fried onion slices.
