Method

  1. 1.Leave pastry to defrost in refrigerator overnight.
  2. 2.Leave at room temperature for at least 2 hours.
  3. 3.Press out shapes on a floured board using a decorative cutter.
  4. 4.Paint with egg wash.
  5. 5.Place on greased baking sheet.
  6. 6.Bake at 220°C oven for 10–12 minutes or till golden brown.
