Refreshing Orange Jelly Dessert

Ingredients

• 1.3 packet orange jelly powder, 80g packets
• 2.1250 ml boiling water
• 3.400 ml frozen orange juice concentrate, 1 tin
• 4.tinned orange or mandarin segments, drained

Method

1. 1.Dissolve the jelly powder in the boiling water.
2. 2.Add the frozen orange juice.
3. 3.Stir well and set aside to cool.
4. 4.Add the drained orange or mandarin segments.
5. 5.You may need the fruit from at least 1 extra tin.
6. 6.Pour into an attractive glass bowl and put in fridge to set.
