Ingredients
- 1.250 ml thick cream, whipped to hold its shape
- 2.250 ml sour cream
- 3.60 ml brown sugar
- 4.flaked almonds, optional, to sprinkle on top
Method
- 1.Whip the thick cream until it holds its shape.
- 2.Mix through with the sour cream.
- 3.Fold in carefully, the brown sugar.
- 4.Sprinkle with flaked almonds if desired.
Notes
- This sauce is delicious served with poached or baked apples.
