Baked Potatoes in Foil

Ingredients
- 1.2 potatoes, large
- 2.vegetable oil, a little; for rubbing
- 3.salt, to sprinkle
- 4.mustard powder, to sprinkle
Method
- 1.Roll each potato in a little cooking oil. Sprinkle with salt and mustard powder.
- 2.Place each one in a square of foil, shiny side inward. Bake at 200°C (400°F) for one hour or until cooked.
