Ingredients
- 1.1 packet Royal Butterscotch instant pudding, made up and set in a flatfish dish
- 2.1 packet yellow jelly, made up and set
- 3.1 tin crushed pineapple, chopped
- 4.cream, whipped; for layering and garnish
Method
- 1.Make up the butterscotch pudding and set in a flatfish dish. Make up the yellow jelly and set.
- 2.Serve this dessert in individual glasses. Fill a long, attractive glass with alternate layers of the chopped jelly, butterscotch pudding, pineapple and whipped cream.
- 3.Garnish with a swirl of cream. Drizzle with a little Bosco and top with a cherry.
