  1. 1.Make up the butterscotch pudding and set in a flatfish dish. Make up the yellow jelly and set.
  2. 2.Serve this dessert in individual glasses. Fill a long, attractive glass with alternate layers of the chopped jelly, butterscotch pudding, pineapple and whipped cream.
  3. 3.Garnish with a swirl of cream. Drizzle with a little Bosco and top with a cherry.
