Ingredients
- 1.150 gram plain flour
- 2.salt, pinch
- 3.3 eggs
- 4.187 millilitre milk
- 5.187 millilitre water
- 6.25 millilitre oil
- 7.2 tablespoon castor sugar
Method
- 1.Blend all ingredients together in a food processor.
- 2.Rest in a refrigerator for at least ½ hour.
- 3.Follow the manufacturer's instructions for your crêpe machine.
Notes
- This batter is designed for a crêpe machine (electric crêpe maker) but can be used on a standard non-stick pan.
- Resting the batter improves texture.
