Delicious Mango Dessert

Ingredients
- 1.fresh mangoes, sliced; as many as needed
- 2.yoghurt, Greek yoghurt if possible; layer approx. 2.5cm / 1 inch thick
- 3.thick cream, equal quantity to the yoghurt
- 4.brown sugar, sprinkled evenly over the surface
Method
- 1.Slice as many mangoes as needed.
- 2.Layer in a flat dish.
- 3.Top with a layer of yoghurt, Greek if possible, about 2.5 cm (1 inch) thick.
- 4.Pour over an equal amount of thick cream.
- 5.Using a teaspoon, carefully sprinkle the whole surface with brown sugar.
- 6.Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
Notes
- No precise quantities given — scale to the number of guests.
- The brown sugar partially dissolves to create a light caramel crust on the cream.
- Greek yoghurt preferred for its thick texture and tang.
