  1. 1.Mix matzo farfel with cold water to cover. Drain immediately, pressing out as much moisture as possible. Place in a bowl.
  2. 2.Add eggs, salt, cinnamon, and sugar to the farfel. Mix well.
  3. 3.Add chopped nuts, grated apples, raisins, and oil. Mix to combine.
  4. 4.Pour into a greased baking dish.
  5. 5.Bake at 180°C for about 35 minutes until nicely browned.
