French Dressing

Ingredients

• 1.1.25 millilitre salt
• 2.black pepper, freshly ground; a good few grinds
• 3.2.5 millilitre mustard powder, dry
• 4.5 millilitre sugar
• 5.30 millilitre vinegar
• 6.60 millilitre salad oil

Method

1. 1.Place all ingredients in a small screw-topped jar and shake really well.
2. 2.If you like garlic, keep a clove of garlic in the jar.
