Ingredients
- 1.1.25 millilitre salt
- 2.black pepper, freshly ground; a good few grinds
- 3.2.5 millilitre mustard powder, dry
- 4.5 millilitre sugar
- 5.30 millilitre vinegar
- 6.60 millilitre salad oil
Method
- 1.Place all ingredients in a small screw-topped jar and shake really well.
- 2.If you like garlic, keep a clove of garlic in the jar.
