  1. 1.For frozen carrots: cook carrots in microwave 3–4 minutes. Melt over the honey, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
  2. 2.For fresh carrots: brush dirt off carrots and cut off ends. Boil about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and toss with the honey, butter, salt and pepper.
