Glazed Frozen Carrots

Ingredients
- 1.baby carrots, frozen (1 packet) or fresh (2 packets); fresh: brushed clean, ends cut off
- 2.60 millilitre butter, or margarine
- 3.honey, 2–3 tablespoons; or golden syrup
- 4.salt and pepper, to taste
Method
- 1.For frozen carrots: cook carrots in microwave 3–4 minutes. Melt over the honey, butter, salt and pepper to taste.
- 2.For fresh carrots: brush dirt off carrots and cut off ends. Boil about 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and toss with the honey, butter, salt and pepper.

- Two methods given on card — microwave for frozen, stovetop boiling for fresh.
