Ingredients
- 1.85 gram milk chocolate
- 2.85 gram dark chocolate
- 3.55 gram butter
- 4.0.5 cup cream
Method
- 1.Melt all ingredients together over hot, not boiling, water in a double boiler.
- 2.This sauce can be re-heated.
Notes
- A simple, richly flavoured sauce using both milk and dark chocolate. Appears on the same card as Apple Pudding (apple-pudding.yaml).
- Card note: 'This sauce can be re-heated' — makes it practical for entertaining.
