  1. 1.Cook and dice the crayfish.
  2. 2.Combine the remaining sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, tomato sauce, cream, tobasco) to make a sauce.
  3. 3.Lightly blend with the crayfish.
  4. 4.Put in a double boiler.
  5. 5.Add the tin of button mushrooms with the gravy.
  6. 6.Heat thoroughly and serve with buttered rice.
