Isabelle's Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1.80 millilitre salad oil, third cup
- 2.80 millilitre white vinegar, third cup
- 3.160 millilitre water, two-thirds cup
- 4.45 millilitre mayonnaise, Hellman's brand
- 5.45 millilitre sugar
- 6.5 millilitre mustard powder, dry
- 7.32 gram Italian or Greek salad dressing mix, 1 packet (about 1½ oz); dry packet mix
- 8.poppyseeds, 1–2 tablespoons; optional
Method
- 1.Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until emulsified.
- 2.A tablespoon or two of poppyseed is an optional extra.
- 3.Serve dressing on the side.
Notes
- A creamy, tangy dressing that uses a dry salad dressing packet mix as the flavour base.
