Method

  1. 1.Put the whole egg plus the yolk, the salt, the mustard powder, the icing sugar, the Tabasco, the 1 tablespoon oil and the 1 tablespoon vinegar into the bowl of the food processor.
  2. 2.Process with the steel blade for a few seconds.
  3. 3.Immediately, start to slowly add the 1–1¼ cups oil.
  4. 4.Now add the further 2 tablespoons white vinegar.
  5. 5.Finish with the tablespoon of boiling water.
