Ingredients
- 1.1 sandwich bread, refrigerated for one day; sliced very thin
Method
- 1.Put a sandwich loaf in the refrigerator for one day.
- 2.Slice very thin.
- 3.Bake in a 250°C oven until pale brown. Turn frequently.
Notes

- A classic thin, crisp accompaniment to soups and pâtés.
