Ingredients
- 1.250 gram raspberries
- 2.castor sugar, 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon; adjust to taste
- 3.Crème de Cassis, 1–2 tablespoons to taste
Method
- 1.Purée raspberries with castor sugar and Crème de Cassis.
- 2.Chill before serving.
Notes
