Ingredients
- 1.410 gram canned tomato soup, tinned
- 2.170 millilitre tomato juice, canned
- 3.250 millilitre cream
- 4.250 millilitre plain yoghurt
- 5.Tabasco sauce, a few drops
- 6.10 millilitre worcestershire sauce
Method
- 1.Blend all ingredients.
- 2.Serve with chopped spring onion and diced cucumber.
Notes
- Appears on the same card as Sarah's Quick Beetroot Soup (sarahs-quick-beetroot-soup.yaml).
- An extremely quick no-cook chilled soup. The yoghurt adds a pleasant tang.
