Sarah's Quick Tomato Soup

Ingredients

• 1.410 gram canned tomato soup, tinned
• 2.170 millilitre tomato juice, canned
• 3.250 millilitre cream
• 4.250 millilitre plain yoghurt
• 5.Tabasco sauce, a few drops
• 6.10 millilitre worcestershire sauce

Method

1. 1.Blend all ingredients.
2. 2.Serve with chopped spring onion and diced cucumber.

Notes

• Appears on the same card as Sarah's Quick Beetroot Soup (sarahs-quick-beetroot-soup.yaml).
• An extremely quick no-cook chilled soup. The yoghurt adds a pleasant tang.
