Spinach Dip

Ingredients
- 1.250 gram frozen spinach, defrosted and well drained
- 2.125 millilitre fresh parsley, chopped
- 3.125 millilitre spring onion, chopped
- 4.garlic, small clove; crushed; use cautiously
- 5.2.5 millilitre dried dill
- 6.5 millilitre seasoning salt
- 7.125 millilitre mayonnaise
- 8.125 millilitre sour cream
- 9.lemon juice, 1–2 tablespoons; to taste
Method
- 1.Defrost and drain the spinach. The spinach must be well drained.
- 2.Mix all the other ingredients. Be cautious with the garlic.
- 3.Stir through the spinach.
- 4.Taste and serve.
