Spinach with Pistacios

Ingredients
- 1.2 onions, sliced; cooked till golden
- 2.2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 3.500 gram spinach, wilted; drained in cold water
- 4.seasoning, Lawry's seasoned salt and pepper, or chicken stock powder to taste
- 5.olive oil, to toss through; to heat
- 6.125 millilitre pistachios, lightly roasted; added just before serving
Method
- 1.Combine onion, garlic, spinach and seasonings.
- 2.Toss lightly in olive oil to heat through.
- 3.Add pistacios just before serving.
Notes
- Card spells it 'pistacios' — the correct spelling is 'pistachios'.
- Add the nuts at the very last moment to keep them crisp.
