  1. 1.Melt butter in a saucepan.
  2. 2.Take off the heat and add the chocolate. Stir until melted.
  3. 3.Stir in the cocoa, golden syrup and cream.
  4. 4.Return to gentle heat, stirring all the time, until the sauce is smooth and has the right consistency.
