Tuna Supper Dish

Ingredients
- 1.1 onion, chopped
- 2.1 green pepper, chopped
- 3.1 garlic, crushed
- 4.oil, for frying
- 5.salt and pepper
- 6.2 tomatoes, peeled, deseeded and chopped
- 7.mushrooms, tinned sliced, or fresh equivalent
- 8.tinned tuna, coarsely flaked
- 9.cream, a little, to taste
- 10.hard-boiled egg, for garnish
Method
- 1.Lightly fry the onion, green pepper and garlic in oil.
- 2.Add the tomatoes. Fry a little longer and season.
- 3.Add the tuna, mushrooms and a little cream. (If using fresh mushrooms, fry before adding.)
- 4.Taste and adjust seasoning.
- 5.Put into a serving dish and garnish with the hard-boiled egg.
- 6.Serve with boiled potatoes.
